TUCK FRUMP

Queer Resistance, Political Tees & Taking Care of Ourselves

I spent 20 years designing t-shirts for major retailers, always keeping things politically neutral because big-box stores love profits more than people. But guess what? I don’t have to play by those rules anymore.

So here it is: the TUCK FRUMP tee—because I’m done staying quiet.

💥 TUCK that FRUMP and put him back where he came from.
💥 This t-shirt is loud, proud, and a middle finger to hate.
💥 Available in both an organic cotton option and a conventional cotton option.

Whenever I wear this shirt, I get knowing nods, compliments, and high-fives from strangers who feel the same rage I do. So if you’re ready to wear your resistance on your chest, grab one and let the world know queer people aren’t backing down.

Queer Rage, Self-Care, and Protecting Our Mental Health

Let’s be real—the queer community is in crisis. With anti-LGBTQ+ laws, trans healthcare under attack, and extremists trying to erase us, we need to stand up AND take care of ourselves at the same time.

The first time Trump was elected, I doom scrolled for hours, spiraled into anxiety, and struggled to function. This time? I’m doing things differently.

I’ve removed most social media from my phone.
I check BlueSky for news once a day from trusted sources—no more doom scrolling.
I use Pilates to get out of my head and into my body.

And most importantly? I’m teaching other queers to do the same. Movement is resistance. When we take care of our bodies, we strengthen our spirits. Even if it’s just for an hour, stepping away from the chaos and reconnecting with yourself is radical self-care.

Political Tees Are Back—Wear Your Heart on Your Chest

Fashion has always been political. From ACT UP’s Silence = Death shirts to the "Future Is Female" movement, people wear statements when they’re ready to speak up without saying a word.

🖤 If you have the funds, buy a t-shirt that supports a queer-owned business.
🖤 If you feel safe, wear your beliefs with pride and start conversations.
🖤 Most importantly—take care of yourself so you can keep fighting.

Want to Join the Movement? Here’s How:

Buy a TUCK FRUMP tee here—because resistance looks good on you.
Book a mini Pilates Session in Oakland —let’s move, breathe, and reclaim our strength.
Follow me on Instagram—for relaxation tips and queer joy.

Trans people exist because I know them.

Non-binary people exist because I am one.

Queer people are not going anywhere.

Take care of yourself. Then take care of your community. 💖✨

🔥 What do you think—should I design more political tees?
